Both the Departures Hall and the Boarding Area have a Courtesy Lounge (Sala Amica), an area dedicated to passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility and any accompanying persons.
In the Courtesy Lounge (Sala Amica) in the Departure Area, open from 5:00 to 00:00, passengers with reduced mobility are assisted by specialised personnel who then accompany them through security controls until boarding.
The departing passenger and any accompanying person may remain in the lounge until boarding.
