The Council for People with Disabilities (CPD), with the support of SAGAT, continues the airport-city and city-airport solidarity escort service for travelers with disabilities.

The service is free for all passengers with disabilities and their carers, upon declaration of the percentage of disability and is guaranteed from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Each escort is carried out by staff and volunteers specially trained in the relationship with people with disabilities, to ensure and comply with safety standards.

Each transport must be booked by phone or by email at least 3 working days in advance. The number available for reservations is: + 39 011.19862554.
The call center is active from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.

Transportation with vehicles equipped with a platform of the CPD fleet allows wheelchair travelers arriving / departing from the airport to reach the capital in a comfortable and satisfactory way.

The Multi Storey car park, equipped with 6 elevators, has 50 free spaces for people with disabilities pass holders.

The reserved areas are located on floor 2 of the building at the Departures level, adjacent to the covered pedestrian walkway.

People with disabilities pass holders can benefit from free parking by displaying the pass in the car and showing it when picking up the car, even a copy of it, at the information office located in the hall at the departures level, together with the identity document of the people with disabilities pass holder and a copy of the outbound flight ticket (for stops longer than 4 hours).

If you are unable to go to the information office in person, you can show your permit and other required documents via video call, which can be activated from the video intercom located near the automatic pay station in the Multi Storey parking garage exit area. The video intercom is directly connected to the information office.

For temporary loading and unloading operations, 8 parking spaces are also reserved along the airport road (4 at the Arrivals level and 4 at the Departures), while a space is located at the General Aviation terminal.

Please note that people with disabilities pass holders can transit in the reserved lanes of the Turin Airport after communicating the vehicle's license plate to the Local Police Municipal Section of Caselle Torinese.
