Transport service for disabled
The Council for People in difficulty (CPD) continues, with the support of SAGAT, the transport service Airport-Turin for travellers with disabilities.
The service, for travellers arriving / departing from Torino Airport, MUST be booked 48 hours in advance.
To facilitate users in the use of the service, CPD has activated a contact centre available every morning from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM, that can be reached through the phone number +39 011.19862554.
Dedicated PRM Parking
The multi-storey car park, which is equipped with 6 lifts, has 50 spaces for holders or holders of disabled badges.
The reserved areas are located on floor 2 of the building on the Departures level, adjacent to the covered pedestrian path.
Holders of the disabled badge can benefit from free parking by displaying the badge in their car and showing it when collecting their car, including a copy of the same, at the information desk located in the hall on the Departures level, together with the disabled badge holder's identity document and a copy of the outward flight ticket (for stopovers lasting more than 4 hours).
If it is not possible to go to the information office in person, it is also possible to present the badge and other required documents via video call that can be activated from the video intercom located near the automatic cash machine in the exit area of the multi-storey car park. The video intercom is directly connected to the information office.
For temporary loading and unloading operations, 8 parking spaces are also reserved along the airport roadway (4 at the Arrivals level and 4 at the Departures level), while one space is available at the General Aviation terminal.
Please note that disabled badge holders may transit in the reserved lanes of Turin Airport subject to notification of the vehicle number plate to the Caselle Torinese Municipal Police Section.
